Victor truly values the skills of its work force, whose safety it ensures. Our staff is expertly cross-trained in various areas to provide a flexible work experience. A plant executive safety committee chaired by the Plant Manager sets company safety standards, adopts a pro-active approach about accident prevention and constantly strives for optimum workplace safety. What is more, several sub-committees work to ensure that all safety issues at Victor are addressed.
